The Rehabilitation Clinic provides a wide range of services in the fields of rehabilitation, nursing care, and home care. Our goal is to ensure that people can lead as independent and active a life as possible. We believe it is important to actively involve people in the treatment process.

Our mission is to provide high-quality services based on modern treatment guidelines to achieve the patient’s maximum functional recovery from illness or injury. We provide support both following acute illness and for chronic conditions.

Our motto is to achieve the best possible results through goal-oriented activities.

The Rehabilitation Clinic consists of:

  • Outpatient Rehabilitation Department

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Department offers patients a wide range of rehabilitation services: physical therapy, mechanical physical therapy, lymphatic therapy, salt therapy, hydrotherapy, speech therapy, psychology, nutrition counseling, massage, podiatry, and health screenings for young athletes. You can purchase any of these services on your own or access them with a referral from a family doctor or specialist.

  1. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us in advance by calling +372 435 2136.
  2. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
  3. If you notify us of your absence on the business day before the procedure, a new appointment will be scheduled for you.
  4. If you do not notify us of your absence, all of your scheduled rehabilitation appointments will be canceled.
  5. You may access these services with a referral from either a family doctor or a specialist, or by paying out of pocket according to the price list.
  6. Equipment-based rehabilitation services are provided only with a referral and are subject to a fee.
  7. Paid pool sessions and swimming sessions are booked in advance, one session at a time.
  8. Please pay for fee-based services to the customer service representative immediately before the procedure begins.
  9. Please pay the rehabilitation visit fee and fees for fee-based services on time.
  10. For questions regarding unpaid invoices, please contact the Viljandi Hospital Finance Department via email at arved@viljandihaigla.ee. Information regarding debt collection is provided by Julianus Inkasso OÜ, tel.+372 681 4400, email inkasso@julianus.ee.
  11. If an invoice remains unpaid by the due date, we will forward the debt claim to our partner, Julianus Inkasso OÜ. The debt collection agency’s processing will result in additional costs associated with debt collection.

  1. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your water therapy session so that you have time to check in at the Rehabilitation Department reception desk.
  2. Please leave your outer clothing in the coat check area in the lobby or in a lockable locker.
  3. At the Rehabilitation Reception Desk, you will receive a locker key for the pool changing room upon presentation of a valid ID. The key must be returned no later than 20 minutes after the end of the session.
  4. Please bring swimwear, a towel, and toiletries; flip-flops are also recommended.
  5. Children must bring swim diapers or swim trunks.
  6. Before entering the pool and putting on your swimwear, you and your child must wash yourselves thoroughly.
  7. Disinfect your feet immediately before entering the pool; the disinfectant is located next to the pool.
  8. One parent may participate in a swimming lesson with one child.
  9. Adult group classes are limited to a maximum of 5 people at a time.
  10. Swim sessions for toddlers last up to 30 minutes, and the pool can accommodate a maximum of 4 children at a time.
  11. Paid swimming lessons and infant swimming sessions must be booked in advance, one time slot at a time.

  1. When arriving for a workout, you must check in at the Rehabilitation Reception desk with a valid form of identification.
  2. Please pay the customer service representative for paid services before the workout begins.
  3. If you wish, you can obtain a locker key from the Rehabilitation Reception desk. The key must be returned no later than 20 minutes after the end of the workout.
  4. Please leave your outerwear in the coat check area in the lobby or in a lockable locker.
  5. You must wear either socks or indoor shoes in the training rooms.
  6. Please sanitize your hands before entering the weight room or training hall. 
  • Inpatient Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Department

The Inpatient Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Department provides inpatient rehabilitation, inpatient hospice care, and independent inpatient nursing care services.

  • Home Care Department

We provide the services of the Home Care Department at the patient’s home. These services are free for patients with health insurance!
