Tervikum
Tervikum is located in downtown Viljandi and is easily accessible on foot and by bicycle; bike racks are also available on site. Tervikum can also be reached by city bus and by car.
For those arriving by bus

Tervikum is also easily accessible on foot and by bicycle, and there are bike racks on site as well as free parking for patients (3 hours).
For those arriving by car
Patient parking lots are located on the Turu Square side of the Tervikum building and between the Tervikum building and the building at Turu 8/10, offering 3 hours of free parking per calendar day with no option to purchase additional parking time. The 3 hours of free parking is a cumulative total, which means that if you park multiple times during the day, all parking durations are added together. The start of parking is recorded by cameras upon entering the parking lot, and the end of parking is recorded upon exiting the parking lot.
The parking lot on the Turu Square side has 1 accessible parking space, and the parking lot on the Turu Street side has 4 accessible parking spaces. The parking lot on the Turu Street side also has 2 parking spaces designated for families with children.
In addition, for bringing patients to the Emergency Department (ED), there are 6 parking spaces near the ED entrance on C. R. Jakobsoni Street, 3 of which are accessible spaces. Parking is permitted for 15 minutes; after that, you must move your vehicle.

For those arriving by bus

For those arriving by car
At the Jämejala Mental Health Village, choose a parking spot based on which building you are visiting. Larger parking lots are located in the area between Pargi tee 18 and Pargi tee 22a, as well as next to the building at Pargi tee 14. You can also park in the parking spaces along the road.
