We live in a world where we are surrounded by an unfathomable amount of information. In addition to verbal expression, information also includes various symbols, signs, and visual images. In addition to a name, every organization needs its own symbolism that conveys the organization’s values, beliefs, and attitudes. What is needed is a unique “identity” that allows the organization’s target audience to distinguish it from others.

The hospital’s logo is a rose composed of five hearts and embodies several important values for our county. The joined hearts represent continuity and working together toward a common goal. The heart, meanwhile, is a symbol of health and life. The rose refers to the symbolism of our county seat—this flower is also the primary symbol of dedication.

The color red embodies positivity, vitality, and warmth, and shows that these are precisely the values we offer to people. In various cultures, red circles represent a protective circle around people and are also one of the six main decorative elements of Mulgi County. The star at the center of the hearts symbolizes the unity of these other qualities—hope and an imaginary star to strive toward.
